List of Mobile Number Prefixes (Globe, Smart, and Sun)

With the ongoing unlimited call and text promos by specific telcos, I can't help but wonder if I'm still texting or calling a number belonging to the same network as mine.

I've decided to make a list of mobile number prefixes used by Globe, Smart, Sun Cellular, Red Mobile, Talk ‘N Text, and Touch Mobile. Hence, avoiding myself from big payment bills in the future.
