Gionee Pioneer P2 released, Dual-core, HSPA+, 1700mAh under 5K

Ever heard of Gionee? Apparently, they are a Chinese gadget manufacturer who just released a few 'in the budget' smartphones in the Philippines. They are marketing it somewhat like a European phone because they claim that the brand is quite a success in Europe.

Now stepping up the game for the local market, they revealed a gadget that should sell them hotcakes under 5K. It's Php4,499 exactly and it sport a dual-core processor, HSPA+ connectivity, and a generous 1,700mAh battery.
